On May 17th, at 3PM in Plymouths’ Memorial Hall , The Arc of Greater Plymouth brings together our own incomparable Plymouth Philharmonic Orchestra led by Maestro Steven Karidoyanes and The Sons of Serendip for our annual spring fundraiser event. The pairing of these two groups of artists seems a perfect fit for our agencys’ mission of enriching lives and giving back to the community.
Brought together by a series of serendipitous events while pursuing graduate degrees at Boston University(B.U.), the four musicians who comprise Sons of Serendip, have been making music since childhood. Their delicately blended harmonies and perfect arrangements of strings and voices create beautiful music that touches the hearts of their listeners. 2014 Finalists of “Americas’ Got Talent, they had the audience on its’ feet cheering and the judges saying “ I want to buy your album!” The Sons of Serendip recently opened for Oscar winner John Legend.

Kendal Ramseur, Cellist, Master of Arts in Music Performance from B.U., composer, cello instructor, chose his instrument at age ten, hopes this quartet creates unforgettable experiences that lead others to a career in music.
